Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Tteok (🍡) is a digital virtual currency. Because Saju readings are generated instantly upon use, spent Tteok is generally non-refundable.

2. Unused Tteok Refunds

If you purchased Tteok and have not used any of it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

3. Technical Issues

If a reading fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will either:

  • Re-credit the Tteok to your account, or
  • Issue a full refund for the affected purchase

4. Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge(s) in full.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at potatojoayo@gmail.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund

6. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through our payment partner (Paddle) and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
